My boss decided that today would be a dress-down day, and also a cookout. Yay for cool bosses! We had burgers & hot dogs hot off the grill, and folks brought in stuff like potato salad, chips, soda, and green salad. Yum.

On my break, I went down to Heritage Park, where my toes got happy with the dandelions. I mean in the dandelions. Ahem.

Also, there were violets.



Plus, the swans are back, and the fountain is on!



It's currently 71 degrees. Aaaaahhhhhhhhhh.

ETA I propose that, in the manner of Twitter, we institute "Follow Friday" here on LJ to share fabulous people from our f-list who we think more people should read. This week, I suggest heading over to look at tumulus' fabulous landscape photography. :)
