Life has been rather stressful lately, so today I took advantage of the nice weather and went to the Assabet River Wildlife Refuge for some woods & water therapy. I saw a few frogs, a couple of turtles, some geese, and lots of water lilies. It was green and cool and quiet, and just what I needed.

It really was. I sat there for a while watching them, enjoying the scene.
