I got a note today about this photo, which I took at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Watertown, MA. It's from a Dutch film company, wanting to use it in a production.

I took a lot of photos that day, and this one never really stood out in my mind as one of the better ones. Funny that it should be one that gets attention! But then, I never can guess which ones do. Some that I love get none, and then this little gem gets picked for international stardom. *g*

So, what do y'all think? Should I let them use it? I won't ask for any money, just a credit in the film. I kind of think it would be cool, but I wanted to get some feedback before I went for it. Thanks!

OK, I know I'm Miss Posty McPost today, but I couldn't resist posting this picture, because it's my favorite from the inauguration.




I heart the Obamas. All of them. :)

Also, the masses agree that I should allow that Dutch film company to use my photo (see previous post), so I went ahead and changed its license to CC so they could download it. I didn't really have any reservations about it, but I wanted to put it out there in case there was anything I hadn't thought of.

It's actually 41 degrees out right now. Wow. It hasn't gotten above freezing for what feels like weeks. I went for a nice walk down to Heritage Park at lunchtime, where a couple of kids were practicing hockey on the pond, and a couple were skating around, enjoying the day.



They actually plow off the ice, then hose it down so it's nice & smooth. Nice of the town, that. :)

We actually made our goal here at the paper this week, which has put everyone in a good mood. It's been a while since that happened, too. It's also someone's birthday, so we even have cake.

Glad the weekend's almost here. I have no plans other than laundry. Exciting, I know. *g*
