Wow, I can't believe this stretch of weather we're having! It's a rarity to have such a nice March here in New England. It's usually grey, damp, and often snowy. Today, it's sunny and in the 60's.

So of course I spent my lunch hour at the park. I wandered around, took pix of various things, tromped through the woods a bit, watched the grackles play and the geese glide around the pond, and thought about the magic of nature and how it takes me out of the mundane. It's exactly what I need in the middle of the workday.

I took a walk when I got home from work yesterday, and found a treasure in front of my building.

That was also just what I needed. :)
