justjanus for the heads-up. There's also some good stuff about the fact that Christians are not the only ones with a holiday this month, and the Wiccans who are fighting to get their symbol on a grave marker in a military cemetery. It's written by a professor of women's & religious studies at Skidmore, to boot.
ETA: A post from a friend made me realize that this entry might be construed as being anti-Christian, which was not my intent at all. Its point is that people should maybe do a little research before they start crying "foul." :)
