I did stay home from work today. I got up at the usual time, and right away I knew I wasn't going to make it through a workday. So I called in, and went back to bed. I feel slightly better, but what I really need is a chiropractor and about a week someplace warm. Oh, and a massage. Yeah, that's the ticket.
