It was so nice to wake up in my own bed this morning! Totally worth driving through the rain last night. Even though ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ned_gasket tried to tempt me with omlettes for breakfast. I love you guys, but I just don't sleep well away from home, and I was feeling the holiday overload. I had a lot of fun, though; my cheeks hurt from laughing during the Yankee Swap. We are one silly group of folks!
I love the trivet, and the faery top!! I can't wait to have an opportunity to wear it. The top, not the trivet. *g*
justjanus gave me a calendar of his photographs. What a neat idea! I should do that. Next year. :)
Just when I thought I was through with the cookies, my mom send me home with a tub full of them. And a linzer torte. After asking if I'd lost weight. Thanks, mom! My coworkers will share in the bounty. *g*
So glad to have an extra day to decompress. It will be a nice, short workweek. Yay!
