so yeah, it's Monday...

...and I'm holding down the fort by myself today. Thank goodness it's not too busy! But, hey, I'm doing some business, so it's good. Plus, I have Shrek peanut butter M&Ms.

The rhododendrons out front have burst into bloom, and I may just sneak outside for a second to take pix. It's literally just outside the door. They're such a pretty purple color.

The apples and crabapples are *almost* blooming. This weekend, maybe. They're quite late this year; I remember worrying last year that they would be all gone by Beltane. I think we even had lilacs this time last year, although it's much too early. I think of lilacs at Mother's Day.

Right after work, I'm heading down to textiletart & company's house; I'll spend the night there and go with them to the dawn maypole in Cambridge tomorrow. That's always a lot of fun. I was so bummed last year when I couldn't go. So very happy I can this year!

Here I am in Watertown and forgot about going to the Maypole this morning! Damn. Nice day for it, and I woke up relatively early too (6:30) considering how whacked out my sleep schedule has been this week. Hope you had fun!
