Treated myself to two episodes of Torchwood this evening, since I had such a dull day.

Oh, hey, it's Cinco de Mayo... does anyone celebrate that besides tequila and Mexican beer companies? Do Mexicans actually celebrate it? I think it's one of those things that's fun to say and an excuse to drink. ;)

One of my coworkers brought in her puppy today, but I wasn't able to get any pix. It's, I think, a Min-Pin. Very tiny! I'm not a big fan of little dogs, but who can resist a puppy? Not I.

The green nail polish was a big hit at the office. I love to shake things up. *g*

Yes, I'm tired, why do you ask? *g*

People here in southern California DO celebrate Cinco de Mayo in various ways.

OK, maybe I just don't know many Mexicans. ;)

Is like the 4th of July. So yes, it's an important day. It's just american marketing firms that have latched on to the day as a way to sell stuff.

Besides being my proposal anniversary, it is also the birthday of my friend Michael...hence, Cinco de Michael!
