don't think it really matters who anyone elects, in any election - most governments tend to gravitate towards the same commonality. That commonality does vary from country to country, so successive governments over here well act the same, but be somewhat different to over your way.

i always vote though. just because it's always nice to amaze the folks at the polling station that someone's actually turned up ... !!!

People have notoriously short memories, not just neo-cons. I'm an ex-Hilary person but I know damned well McCain will not be a better choice than Obama. I'm absolutely gob-smacked by ex-Hilary voters who are going to vote for McCain.
