Last winter, I put up a suet basket that the birds never did find. This squirrel, however, found it just fine. He got a bit skittish when I raised the blinds and started shooting with my camera, so I only got a couple of shots. The soft-focus effect is due to it being shot through the screen. I kind of like it, though.

Yes, they will! We had a red squirrel chew through the lid to a Rubbermaid container full of granola at camp once. We ended up having to store it in the car!

I used to like squirrels, until they started digging up and absconding with all my spring bulbs.
