still winter

So yeah, it's snowing again. This time, it's a slushy snow that hasn't quite turned into rain as they forecast, but it's not very cold out there so I headed out after finishing my laundry.

"Plop plop" is the sound the snow made as it dropped from the trees onto the ground.



"Kerplop" is the sound I made when I slid on the slushy snow and landed on my bum. *g*









Out in front of my building, the daffodils don't realize that it's still winter.



Or maybe they know something I don't. *g*

It was more comical than painful. Fortunately, there was no one around to see it. *g*

I sure hope spring is near! I'm getting jealous of my UK Flickr friends and their pix of snowdrops and crocus.

daffodils already??? That is crazy! I have not seen those anywhere. I did see 2 robins yesterday though.
