ramble

What a gorgeous day! Sunny and relatively warm, and just a bit breezy. A day for fleece jackets and no gloves, and a ramble about town. I walked around for about two hours, just wandering up and down streets and across the bridge. I decided that since tomorrow is supposed to be more cloudy, that would be the better day to go to the cemetery, and I needed to hit the bank and get quarters for laundry, so downtown it was.

It feels so good to be able to get outside! I have to keep reminding myself that it's only February, and spring is at least a month away. There is plenty of winter left, and a good chance that we'll get more snow and cold. For today though, I'll enjoy this taste of springlike weather.

We often get a day or two of relative warmth, but usually earlier in February.

There is snow in the forecast for later in the week, though. ;)
