April in June

droplets, originally uploaded by Lizzie~Belle.

It makes sense, I suppose, that we're having April weather during June, since we had June weather in April. Right? Right.

I went out for a walk even though it was raining, because sitting at my desk all day gave me cabin fever after yesterday.

The rain did make this gerber daisy look very pretty, all covered in raindrops, though.

Sometimes the camera picks up odd colors in bright flowers, but I kinda like it too. :)

Thanks! Yes, now that you mention it, they do rather look like fireworks. :)

I like how the small amount of yellow in the flower is magnified by the drops of water. At least, I think that's what's happening :-)

I think so, too. It does that to flowers that are iridescent. :)
