My friend Lakshmi and I went up to our friend T's place in Salisbury Beach yesterday for Friday Night Cocktails on the Beach. It was fun to get out of the routine, and as it was sunset and high tide, we walked along the shore for a bit, enjoying the view. We made champagne cocktails and grilled yummy food (including peaches!) and enjoyed T's (and his mum's) company, and even got home by midnight. I love my friends. FNC (as it is now known) is like therapy.

My cousin and my aunt are at Stonehenge *right this very moment* and I am so jealous. Also very happy for them, but still. I have the travel bug, and no means to indulge it. I need to do something about that. If only I knew what...
