mmmmm, saturday...
Aug. 14th, 2004 09:08 am...and I was up before 8. So much for sleeping in! I can always take a nap later...
I have the dog show on the TV, and they just showed a small puffball that waddles. It was in the same category as the doberman. WTF? I can't help thinking of the movie "Best in Show." What a hoot!
I had a really busy day at work on thursday. I didn't stop till almost 5! A lot of it had to do with the fact that Matt wasn't there... they were sending me all of his calls. That's OK, I like being busy! A couple more of the folks I had called placed ads. Go me! I even sold a couple of display ads. Very cool. I learned a lot this week.
Tomorrow is David & Christian's handfasting. I have no idea what I am going to wear, or what to give them. I can't go out & buy a gift, so I have to make something. It's too late to do a stained glass window cling, which I thought of last night. It has to dry for a couple of days. I'll come up with something, I'm sure. It may rain tomorrow, thanks to hurricane Charley. I hope not!
I'm just really glad that I live in a state where two people who love each other and want to make a commitment can do that, regardless of their sex. Go Massachusetts!
