It's not quite 4:00, and we're done! No long waits for the proof this week. Which is good, but then I have nothing else to do for the day. And I have a million things to do at home! Isn't it always the way?

Hmmm, I just had a disturbing thought. We were discussing the lack of participation last night, wondering what up with that. I wonder if there's someone telling people not to go to our events? A certain bipolar, dentistry-impaired, pseudo-fae living in West Springfield? Worthy of serious consideration, to say the least. Anyone who would listen to her is probably not worth the trouble, but there are plenty of newbies out there who wouldn't know that she's a crackpot. Just gotta hope karma catches up with her (actually, it has, in some ways).

Just thinking of everything I have to do tonight is giving me a headache. Must not turn on the TV, must put on some raucous rock 'n roll and get motivated! Stevie Ray Vaughn? Heart? Elvis? Will see when I get home. Oooh, Stray Cats! Yes, that'll do it.

Well, I got it all done. Made Jennifer's Yule gift, washed a bunch of dishes, baked 4 1/2 dozen cookies, and printed out copies of the recipe. When I got home, I looked through my recipes to decide what to bake. Decided on Oatmeal Lace Cookies. Which meant I had to go to the store and get butter & eggs. But these are the *best* cookies! Sooooooo yummy. I saved a half-dozen for me. I brought them to work once, and they were gone before the store opened. Funny how everyone's on a diet until there's free food!

OK, exhausted now. Off to bed.
