yoga class

The yoga studio is literally next door to where I work; in fact, I will be back there tomorrow morning for our company meeting. It was an all-levels class, and not too difficult, although I still have trouble with any pose where I have to lean on my hands. My wrists don't like that at all. I also have trouble keeping my arms outstretched for any length of time. I suppose the remedy for this is to keep doing it, so I will probably go every tuesday. I need it. It's been about two years since I last took yoga. And I feel pretty good, though a bit tender in the forearms. Does anyone have any good exercises to strengthen the wrist area?
