My boss told us this morning that he's going to be moving over to the other part of the building, because he's now going to be the special publications salesperson. I'm not sure how I feel about that. It's good for him, but I don't know how that's going to affect our team. Will we get a new boss? Will we even have one? Gulp. He's been a real cheerleader for us, and has taken good care of us. Oy. I hate when this happens!

Something kind of disturbing happened at the end of the day today... they fired Evelyn, the receptionist. Tom told me, and he found out because they asked him to cover the phones while they did the dirty deed. I'm starting to get really disturbed here! I really don't like the vibe going on there. Eep! No word on why, and I wonder if we'll ever really know. I'm also wondering if they'll even replace her, instead moving us to the outer office. I don't want to be out there! It's way too distracting to be calling people from out there, with the phones ringing and people coming in. Argh!
