ghost town
Dec. 23rd, 2005 11:27 amHere I am at work, all alone in the front office. There was just a skeleton crew here anyway, and Diane just left. So I'm playing Elvis, loudly. Because I can. In a half-hour, I can go home and take a nap. :)
Only a couple of customers called, and they were out of luck because the paper went to press last night, so they can't get their ads in next week. Oh well.
OK, and after I wrote that, two more called and were disappointed. Is this how I'm going to spend the next half-hour? I sure hope not. Maybe I should just stop answering the phone. ;)
I have the next three days off! And there will be presents! Hee!
