birthdays

Today is George Clooney's birthday. I just know you all find that fascinating. Heh. It's also the birthday of the local NPR station. They were born on the same day, in 1961. Synchronicity! *g*

It's looking quite grey and threatening out there this morning. I was going to go for a walk down to the park, but I think I will put that off until tomorrow, which is supposed to be bright & sunny. Better for taking pictures, you know. Today, I will attempt to get some housework done. I've already been out to the post office and the library (got Tamsin by Peter S. Beagle), so I'm actually dressed. Go me! ;)

I got the package from me mum today. Not only did it have the Sam-e, but also glucosamine & chondroitin (which never really worked for me, but what the hey), some Lindt chocolate (one with pistachio and one with orange filling), and these funky flashlights that don't take batteries, but you shake them to charge them up. She is so funny.

I took a short nap, and as usual I had bizarre dreams. In one, I went to visit corachaos, and she had a pet ocelot, who slept with me. He also talked. There were also talking squirrels, who thought I was their leader or something, and then the ocelot turned into a man. In drag. WTF?! My subconscious scares me sometimes.
