ok, maybe there *is* such a thing as a free lunch

The bigwigs are all at a conference in Hershey, PA this week (and you bet your sweet bippie that we told them to bring us back lots of chocolate!), so the rest of us got lunch on the company today. Martine went off to the store to pick up soda & chips, so I put in a request for Ruffles & something non-diet and non-caffeinated (with which she gladly complied). Then they stopped at the deli down the street and got a big tray of various meats & cheeses, rolls, condiments, and assorted salads (one of which spilled in the parking lot, sadly). So, yay! Free lunch! We have another birthday here this week, so we also have brownies, ice cream cake, and various & sundry other sweet treats for the afternoon. I think I'll skip dinner. *g*

Miss Diane is going on vacation next week, so I will be all alone on Monday. If you see me on AIM or Yahoo, ping me! I will most likely be craving civilized conversation (or silly, I'm not picky).
