It's snowing, although it's not accumulating as yet. I'm planning on leaving early today, because it's supposed to be at its worst right around 5:00. I really don't want to drive home in that.

Today is '80s dress-down day at The Reminder, and the gals in editorial went for broke, as you can see. The really funny part of this is that three of the four pictured were *born* in the '80s. I was *their age* in the '80s. Sheesh.

Then I remember how the '50s were all the rage when I was in high school (Grease, Happy Days), and how my mother was horrified about that. Still, it's weird.

Stay safe & warm, and if you are somewhere that is sunny & pleasant, please don't tell me about it! *g*

I left the office around 2:00, and it took me about an hour to get home. That's almost twice as long as usual. The roads were pretty slushy, mostly unplowed, but sanded & salted. I left lots of room between me and the car in front of me, and fortunately the car behind me did as well. The snow had started in earnest around noon, and started sticking around 1:00. The worst part? My street. Uphill. Eek. But it's behind me now, which is where I prefer it to be.

Sounds like some of you are leaving early as well. Safe travels, everyone!
