The main program we use here at work is on the fritz (with apologies to my buddy Fritz), so there is a lot of work that I need to do and cannot. I hate when that happens! Especially since it happened just as I was catching up from being off yesterday. *sigh*
It's a pretty day out there, after a rather gloomy start this morning. I went down to Heritage Park at lunch and took pictures of the crabapple buds, which I will put up on Flickr if they come out all right (the lighting was iffy).
When I came in this morning, everyone was curious about my day yesterday. They all wanted to know if I'd danced around the maypole (I forgot that a lot of them see my Flickr page) (must remember that when I'm posting pix from camp!), and were disappointed when I told them that I hadn't. But! I did on Saturday, and that seemed to placate them. I never knew so many people were interested. *g*
My calves are a bit stiff and sore today, after all that hiking & climbing in Mt. Auburn yesterday. It was worth it, though. What a beautiful place! Kitti and I made plans for a future trek there, and to the Arboretum.
I wish I could take a nap while I'm waiting for the system to be fixed, but I'm pretty sure my employers wouldn't see that as a productive use of my time. *sigh*
