Lammas Faire
Aug. 12th, 2007 09:22 pmThe SEF Lammas Faire today was loads of fun. It was hot, but not unbearably so. I got to see lots of friends, play some games, and hang out. We started with a flea market, where I sold a couple of books & CDs, and an art show, where I showed three of my photos. I got asked to do South in the main ritual, after which I was told I have mad skillz with a knife (carving watermelon).
The pic is the view from inside the tin groundhog that
spinningwheels made for the archery contest. Click the link to see the rest, including what the groundhog looked like on the outside. It was a work of genius! Said archery contest was won, BTW, by little Zack, who is three (or is it four?).
After another shower to wash off all the sweat, sunscreen, and grit, I'm thinking it's going to be an early bedtime. Fun day!
