Oct. 29th, 2007 07:52 pmThe new gal started today. We bonded over nervous stomachs and photography. I think she'll work out well.
'Twas quite chilly this morning! I had to scrape frost off the back window of my car. First time this season.
There was a lot of yawning around the office today, due to the lateness of the baseball game last night. The Red Sox won the world series again. Yawn. I think after the first one, which was a long time coming, this one just didn't have that punch, you know? Plus, I'm not really a baseball fan. I grew up in a football household (which I'm also not much a fan of). The only sports I really care to watch are the Olympics, and even those aren't as much fun as they used to be. Oh, and the horseracing Triple Crown. Horsies!

mindyklasky, with lots of stuff including some cute witchy wineglass charms, and a bumper sticker that says "READ". Just about finished with her book, Sorcery and the Single Girl, too.
Speaking of bumper decorations,resourceress gave me a cool pirate magnet that is now decorating the back of my car. Hee! I drive a pirate Hyundai. *g*
