Indy!

Just got back from seeing the new Indiana Jones. It was fun. Silly, cheesy, outrageous, old-fashioned fun. If you're a fan, go see it. Don't read any reviews, don't go in expecting great cinema, just sit back, suspend your disbelief, and enjoy a good old popcorn movie. Oh, and sea_dark_wine - it begins with an Elvis song. *g*

I had a nice, long walk in Stanley Park and the wildlife sanctuary this afternoon. I wandered around for quite a while, and didn't get rained on this time. There were a lot more people this week, including a wedding party in the formal gardens, and a couple with a pair of dachshunds that I kept running into all over the place. I found a pair of Coach sunglasses in the woods, which I'm sure someone is lamenting the loss of; I bet they cost a bundle.

The yellow ladyslippers are finally blooming, along with rhododendrons and lots of other lovely flowers. Click the link to see everything I found!
