bathroom update

Floor: scrubbed. Copious amounts of Lysol applied. Swiffered to remove Lysol stickiness. Towels: washing in hot water. Pink grapefruit candle burning. Smell starting to go away.

Yucky job. Glad it's done.

I think I'll make pancakes now.

Just when I get the bathroom back to normal, and in the middle of making pancakes, my kitchen faucet decides to crap out on me. The hot water was stuck on, as in I couldn't turn it off. I took off the handle and tried turning it off with a wrench; no go. So I turned off the water under the sink, which partly worked (it's just a trickle now).

I'd say "Calgon take me away", but I've had enough of water this weekend.

Call made to landlord, commence heavy sighing.
