Today was rather tropical, with lots of rain and wind and muggy air. It stopped while I was at lunch though, thank you weather gods!

Today's grr moment came when they informed us of how much our health insurance is going up, thanks to the state approving rate hikes for HMOs. Grr. The only good thing about that is that it's not retroactive, which they could have done.

A little while later, my HMO customer (the ones who bought the ad on the delivery bags) called and bought a full-page ad for next week. If they do a few more of those, maybe I can afford the rate hike.
