I had a very annoying day today. Annoying customers, annoying readers, annoying coworkers. They were all determined to make me cranky. I tried so hard not to be cranky, but I didn't really succeed.

One of the things making me cranky was that my coworker decided to take today off instead of tomorrow, leaving me alone all day for the second day in a row. Then she came in to take care of something urgent, and I found out that her daughter's fiancee had called off the wedding last night, which is why she took the day off. So then I felt badly for being cranky about her being out. My day was suddenly not so bad.

The pond down at the park has completely thawed, which made the geese and ducks happy, I'm sure.
