Someone donated a pair of muscovy ducks to Stanley Park after the death of Ozzie, and yesterday I met one of them for the first time. He was pretty nonchalant about me crouching next to him and snapping his picture, which was one of the things I liked about Ozzie. Most of the other ducks there are quite skittish. The other muscovy was a bit too far away to get a good picture, but they both seem to be at home with all the other waterfowl there.

A walk to the park was just what I needed yesterday. I was about to jump out of my skin with anxiety. I could really use some good mojo right about now.
