so yeah, Mercury is retrograde...

...with a vengeance. Last weekend, it was finding water in my basement and being afraid my air conditioner unit was ruined (it wasn't, thank goodness). This weekend, it's the car; specifically, the alternator. My friend T tried to fix it, but it was too complicated to get at, so he loaned me his thingamabob to charge the battery so I can at least start it. I've procured a ride to work tomorrow so I can take my time and find the right place to get it fixed. Trying not to stress out too much about this, and at least I didn't get stranded anywhere.

I had just replaced the alternator in the Elantra a few months before I traded it for this car. Sheesh.

At least I got some nice garden pictures at T&L's place today.
