Lammas accomplished

lizziebelleLast night's Lammas fest was very nice. We had a few guests who either haven't been there before, or don't come very often, which was lovely. I forgot to tell everyone that I saw a couple of young ladies dressed in tutus and sunglasses waving at traffic on the way. They made me LOL in my car. :)
They had a chocolate cake and sang "Happy Birthday" to me and Justin, whose birthday is today. Thanks, guys! I may not like the number, but it's nice to have someone make a fuss over me.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sea_dark_wine gave me some chocolate granola - yum! Presents that I can use up are the best. Especially if they're chocolate. *g*
I stayed over, but was awake at the crack of dawn as usual, so I hit the road. Early Sunday morning traffic is great! Much better than Saturday afternoon. I saw more out-of-state plates than local ones. The rising sun on the ochre rocks was beautiful. There was a bit of fog in Palmer, in a hollow on the Pike. It was a pretty ride.
I think I'm ready to go back to bed now.
