OK, so things are fine with the boss. He said that he just had a few points of contention to work out, which they have, and he's happy again. It's really funny & amazing how fast & far the rumors have flown, though! Makes me roll my eyes & giggle at the same time. Kim & I decided it would be a fun experiment to make up a rumor and see how far it travels, and how fast it gets back to Tom. I told him about it and he thought it was funny. So now we have to come up with a rumor juicy enough for people to spread, yet not damaging to anyone.

You know, they did this at Starwood a few years ago. Someone from our camp won the contest for most widespread rumor. She had come up with the story that Timothy Leary's ashes were going to be put into the bonfire. I actually heard an announcement that week that his ashes had arrived on site. It was great fun.
