Man, is it ever hard to get back into work mode! I just want to go up to my tent and take a nap...
My coworkers aren't any less annoying than when I left. Actually, they seem to be even more annoying. That's so annoying.
I remembered to bring in my aerial view photo of Brushwood today, so I can gaze at it longingly and think, "I was just there! Some of my friends are still there! I am still there, in spirit." I'm trying to avoid that feeling you get after vacation that you never went.
I'm going to try and do a proper write-up this evening of the festival. It'll probably be the Cliff's Notes version, but you'll get all the highlights. Last night, I had to stop and get groceries on the way home, and then I plopped in front of the TV and was a slug for the evening. I needed that. It was a good night for it, too; Dark Angel and a new show, Eureka, on SciFi. Oh, and a fab preview for the new season of Battlestar Galactica! I can't believe we have to wait until October for new episodes. Such a bummer. Usually, it starts in July. Which is, you know, now.
Kim skipped out of here a few minutes ago, leaving me to hold down the fort. Which is better than it has been; I've been alone after 3 for the past couple of months. Still, it must be nice to make your own schedule. Methinks she is playing the sympathy card for all it's worth. It grows tiresome. Soon, I will be out of here, too. Yay. This has been a day to be over. Not really bad, just boring. A good day to get my last run calls done.
