gettin' ready

lizziebelleI have a bunch of stuff to do to get ready for Lammas tonight and the Lammas Faire tomorrow. Yet here I am, on LJ. ;)
I got two loads of laundry done this morning, and I've been to the grocery store. I got some pears and apples to make a crisp for tonight, and some gorgeous cherries for tomorrow. Yummmmmmmm. Everything looked delicious. This is the time of year I most miss living in NY, with all the local cherries, peaches & apples. We lived near a wonderful farm stand that had huge peaches that were so juicy, you had to eat 'em over the sink.
OK, must get myself motivated now. Have a wonderful weekend, all!
