Friday randomness

lizziebelleI'm sooooooo glad it's finally the weekend. This was a looooooong week. I think it was the cold. But at least I don't live in central NY anymore; they have over six feet of snow and counting. I remember those days- a snowblower was required equipment. *shiver*
I'm completely amazed that I can't hear music coming from crazy neighbor's apartment, for the first time in weeks. It's such a relief! It's like that moment, a while after you take Advil, when you realize that the headache's gone. I wonder if my landlord actually called him, or if he's just away. Either way, I'm happy.
It's supposed to get up to nearly 30 degrees this weekend! I may actually get some outside time. I need to get outside! I'm tired of being holed up in the batcave, unwilling to get all bundled up just to go for a walk.
I was treated to such a pretty sunset on the drive home this evening! It was like a Maxfield Parrish painting, all gold and periwinkle and blue.
It looks like Stephen Colbert is getting his own Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor! How funny is that? It sounds good, too.
I left my library book at the office. *sigh* I realized it as I was getting out of the car when I got home. D'oh!
I think I'm getting punchy, so I'd better quit now. Happy weekend, all!
