lizziebelleHere's a picture of something we're not going to see today: a shadow. It's still rainy and dreary here, but at least I'm not running in a marathon. I don't imagine that was much fun today, for the runners or the spectators.
It's pretty quiet in here today. Doing mostly catch-up work, calling stragglers and last-minute folks about the Home & Garden book, tracking down missing ads; the usual for a Monday. I get to leave early because I'm over my hours again. That's about the only good thing about having to stay late on Friday!
At least everything was quiet last night. No loud music, no screeching pipes. Hooray for quiet! I even heard the rain, which is nice and soothing. I think it's going to be a few days before we see the sun again, but this weekend looks to be very nice. It's about time!
