Roses! In November!

lizziebelleI had to get out of the house, so I went down to Stanley Park to see what things looked like (don't worry, I drove). There were still roses blooming! That really amazed me, because we've had a couple of hard frosts in the past week or so.
I wandered around a bit, taking pictures of various things, and it felt good to stretch my legs. I was glad I didn't walk down there, though; I wasn't quite up to that long a walk (it's about a mile one way). I stopped at the store on the way home to get a newspaper. I'm still feeling fairly good, too. Yay. :)
