Wednesday randomness

lizziebelleIt's definitely feeling like November now. It was in the low forties today! Brrrrr.
The new gal called in sick today, after just over a week. This does not bode well. o_O
No Pushing Daises tonight. Gee, I'm going to have to read, or write, or something!
I had an idea for a story that led to a character that I really like a lot. I created a journal for her so I can explore more about her; I'm thinking that she might end up in a series of stories. I think she has a bright future. :)
I'm not sure what I want to do for Thanksgiving. I can always go to the church thing with mom & sis, but I'd really rather not. It just doesn't feel like Thanksgiving, and I don't really know most of those folks. :P

dreda and rising_moon have asked, and now I'm curious: what do you want for Christmas/ Yule/ Hanukkah/ generic midwinter holiday? My answer to both of them was a new digital camera, and world peace. I don't have high hopes for either, but a girl can wish, can't she? ;)
