lizziebelleToday was the last of the really warm days. I got a salad for lunch and ate in my car at the park, listening to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on tape. It was quite pleasant. We opened the windows in the office, which was nice. I'm glad we have windows that open.
Got some sad news today: my friend Vinnie's mother passed away. She'd had a heart attack last weekend, and they took her off life support when it was clear that she wouldn't recover. His parents are right here, in Springfield, so I'll be able to go to the wake & funeral service (If any of you want that info, BTW, let me know).
