My back is spasming this morning, badly enough that it's hard to breathe for a few seconds when the spasm hits. I'm waiting for the Advil to kick in. Ow.

This is going to make doing laundry difficult!

Grrrr.

Advil starting to take effect. A little.

I may just go back to bed.
