lizziebelleI went for a walk on my lunch break this afternoon, hitting the grocery store for apples and Staples for a refill for my date book (which was ten bucks, so I didn't buy it). I cut through the park on the way back, and found this stump just covered in funky fungi. It was quite grey and misty, so the light wasn't the best, but you can see the different colors and layers in this pic fairly well.
I also saw an older gentleman on a scooter, with a small dog tucked into his jacket. I giggled a bit at that one. *g*
Settling in for the evening with disc 2 of season 2 of Dexter. Tomorrow is going to be a washout, literally, but I do have to go to the meet & greet in Holyoke. Well, I don't have to go, but I really should be there, since our other moderator is 1,000 miles away now.
