lizziebelleI took the week after xmas off, which means I get a week and a half off. I'm psyched. I haven't had a vacation with no travel plans in years. I have all sorts of grand plans for the week, and if I get half of them accomplished, I'll be happy. I want (need) to do a major rehaul/ cleaning/ cleaning out of my apartment, and even if I don't get it all done, I can put a large dent in it. Things shall be packed up, packed away, given away, or thrown out if unsalvageable. I will be ruthless! I wish I could have a yard sale or something.
I will have to go through the clothes before Saturday, though. We're donating to the Shriner's hospital again this year, which is nice. I know I have plenty more to get rid of. All the stuff I still haven't worn since last year!
I'll have to ask Lakshmi if I can store some stuff in her barn. Getting boxes out of the apartment would be nice. I'll be going there for New Year's Eve, as usual.
Hopefully, there'll be some decent weather, too. I'd like to be able to spend some time outdoors. There will also be nappage, I am sure. It will be so nice to not be at work for over a week!
