I was determined to get out of the house and go to the movies today, and I made it, despite the cold. I will not be a slug all winter! Never mind that I took a nap, and didn't get dressed until after noon...

I went to see "Up in the Air," and enjoyed it. Not really an uplifting movie, but everyone in it was great, and of course George was fantastic, as always. It didn't go where I expected it to, and that's a good thing. Predictability is so, well, predictable.

The pic was taken in the parking lot as I was leaving. The setting sun peeking through the trees caught my eye. Not a particularly interesting picture, but at least I remembered to bring my camera and take a shot. I was tempted to stop at a cemetery on the way home to take some more, but my fingers were just starting to warm up, and the thought of something warm to drink at home was more enticing.
