April showers

Today was more like a typical April day that I remember from growing up in NY: cool, windy, rainy. I went out for a walk anyway, because I needed quarters to do laundry, and it did finally stop raining. After I got the laundry started, of course the sun came out. So I went for another walk after I finished the laundry, and found this stairway from the park next to Grandmothers' Garden up to King Street.
Oh! Speaking of Grandmothers' Garden, I got an email today from the dude who is redoing their website, asking if they can use some of my pictures. How cool is that? I know they are nonprofit, and I get many hours of enjoyment from the place, so I didn't ask for money. I'm fairly certain there wouldn't be any to pay me, anyway. I will post a link when I get one.
