With a forecast of 90 degrees today, I figured I'd better get out early if I was going to go out at all. It was nice and cool in the woods and along the river, and I found signs of summer all over the place.




The water is really low right now; at its height, it was over the top of this fallen tree.





The flowers on Indian Pipe are just as freaky as you'd expect. Its nickname is Corpse Plant, BTW.
