My sister made me a birthday card that had several scanned pictures from mom's vast collection, and I asked her to send them to me. I love this one: I was about ten, and I remember that shirt. It had buttons printed all over it, and we were all wearing smiley-face buttons (remember those?). I don't remember where this was taken, but it was probably Sacandaga Lake.


This one was from a couple of years earlier, with the teddy bears my aunt Dorothy made for us.



And here we are, when my new baby sister came home:
