tag sale, day one

Sold lots of stuff. Made some money. Tired.

It was a bit windy: we had to chase after things a couple of times.
I am no longer a beader. The beads and polymer clay went to a nice lesbian couple. The wire (for wire wrapping) is also gone, as are the books that went with each. Most of the stamps went as well. And all the paints, to one person. Woot.
I am no longer a craft person. And this is a good thing. From now on, I am only allowed to buy frames or mats for photos at Michael's. If you ever hear me talking about a new craft, shake me by the shoulders and remind me about the many abandoned crafts I had to sell at my tag sale. *g*
All the stuff B's sis-in-law had to sell made me feel better about all the stuff I had to sell. She has kids though, so she has more of an excuse. *g*
It didn't all fit in the car, so there will be new stuff tomorrow. I hope it all goes! By Monday, I will be practically giving it away.
I was taken back to my retail days for a while there. I still have it! I suggested items to folks, and most of them went for it. Go me!
The weather was great, if a bit windy. Lots of sunshine, big puffy clouds. We never got the rain from Earl, even though we really need it.
I have a mystery bruise on my forearm. I'm exhausted. And I have to do it for two more days. But it's worth it! Getting rid of stuff feels good.
Cool shower now, then vegging out in front of the telly. And, I suspect, an early bedtime. :)
