The worst part, I think, of all this snow is that it keeps me from wandering around the parks and woods I love so much. I really, really miss it. I miss Heritage Park at lunchtime, and Stanley Park on the weekends.
I went down to Heritage Park at lunch anyway, and wandered the parking lot, taking pictures of the snow and the trees.
This is the bench that was underwater during the flood last year.
At least they plowed the parking lot.
Here is this morning's sunrise. It was a particularly nice one.
I think this weekend I will attempt a trek to Stanley Park. I may not get far into it, but then maybe they've plowed it out. I hope so.
